FlexExpress is a special niche program for small real estate loans designed to provide quick, flexible solutions to short term financing needs. The program was originally developed to fill the occasional need our large borrowers had for quick approvals on loans from $300,000 to $1 million, too small for most institutional lenders to consider.
FlexExpress provides funding on a wide variety of property types including medical, dental, retail, industrial, multifamily and office. Over the years, FlexExpress has been used to provide funds to pay off estate taxes; to provide construction financing for small buildings with a permanent loan takeout; to buy equipment; fund remodels; and to pull out equity for other investments.
Terms are extremely flexible with a rapid approval process. All decisions are made locally by the Q10 | National Mortgage Co. loan committee on call whenever needed.
